Melanie Stuber, a former executive turned founder and CEO of Cultivate and Thrive LLC, empowers women leaders to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence while driving meaningful impact in their organizations. As a business strategy and culture guide for organizations, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator, she helps leaders navigate the complexities of leadership and culture with purpose and influence.  Melanie also provides personalized guidance on the strategies and support women need to break through barriers, elevate their leadership, and thrive at the highest level.

Melanie is serving her second term as a Board Director for Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resource Management. She is an Engagement Committee member for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha. As a member of Tempo Milwaukee, Melanie is the Chair of the Builder Community, which focuses on women entrepreneurs and business owners.
