OUR IMPACT
Cohort-Based Leadership Programs: Each year, more than 380 women graduate from our intensive programs featuring durable skills training, one-on-one coaching, peer mentoring, and access to a national alumnae network.
Virtual Learning Series: In 2024, more than 6,800 attendees joined expert-led monthly webinars designed to provide practical insights and solution-based learning on a wide range of industry-related topics.
Career Fairs: Last year, we connected more than 750 jobseekers with career opportunities at 60+ top manufacturing employers throughout the United States.
OUR WORK MATTERS
We believe an equitable manufacturing sector must center on women, particularly in light of Deloitte’s projection that the U.S. will need nearly 4 million new skilled manufacturing workers by 2030. We cannot meet that demand without women, and we cannot afford for those women to face the same barriers that have historically limited their advancement.
WiMEF exists to change that trajectory, ensuring that the next generation of women have the skills and support to lead, innovate, and thrive in the manufacturing workforce.
