Program Overview and Who Should Attend

Transitioning from operational or departmental leadership to an executive role requires a fundamental shift in mindset - from optimizing individual functions to leading with an enterprise-wide perspective. Executives must understand how all parts of the organization connect, how the business creates value, and how decisions impact the whole. This program is designed to help leaders make that shift, strengthening business acumen, strategic judgment, and the ability to focus on what is best for the organization while still operating effectively in real time.

We welcome leaders looking to broaden their strategic thinking from a department-level focus to an enterprise, organization-wide perspective in preparation for transitioning into senior or executive roles within the next 24 months. Titles may include Director or, in small to mid-sized manufacturing organizations, General Manager or equivalent roles.
