The Empowering Women in Production program is a 20-week course designed to support the leadership development of women working in production, production support, and shop floor roles. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing. The program includes learn-at-your-own-pace coursework, a StrengthsFinder skills assessment, one-on-one coaching, and peer networking. Learn More HERE!

The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. The program is an interactive series of live, virtual workshops and includes a DiSC assessment, one-on-one coaching, and peer networking.  Learn More HERE!
