"WiMEF’s leadership development program was a genuinely transformative experience that strengthened my confidence and ability to lead through change. The combination of structured learning and mentorship support gave me practical tools I could apply immediately in my role. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to grow their leadership presence and make a more meaningful impact in their organization and career. "

"WiMEF’s management development program helped me step back from constant “fire drill” mode and start leading more strategically. It sharpened my communication, increased my self-awareness, and helped me own my leadership style instead of trying to fit someone else’s. I’ve become more confident in my decisions, more intentional about delegation, and more focused on what actually moves the needle. Just as The connections with other women in the program were incredibly valuable - real conversations, real experience, and real support. I’d absolutely recommend this program to anyone looking to grow as a leader in a practical, grounded way. "

"The Women in Manufacturing program gave me something rare: space to think strategically about my leadership, not just react to my role. Through the program, I sharpened how I articulate vision, influence across functions, and lead with confidence in a complex manufacturing environment. The peer network alone was invaluable: learning alongside women who are solving real operational, technical, and organizational challenges elevated my own thinking. I left the program with greater clarity around my leadership voice, stronger executive presence, and practical tools I immediately applied in my work. It didn’t just help me grow as a leader, it helped me show up more intentionally and effectively in the business. "

"I participated in your Virtual Learning Series on negotiation. I was so inspired by the strategies offered...and so I did exactly what the speaker suggested to present my case to my supervisor.
It took a few weeks but last Friday I was given a salary increase!"
