Management Development Program

The Management Development Program is a supervisor training program designed for new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders. Through a series of interactive, live, virtual instructor-led workshops, participants build the practical leadership and people management skills needed for managerial success. The program also includes a DiSC assessment, mentorship, and peer networking to help participants confidently navigate the transition from individual contributor to team leader.

Each 90-minute workshop is led by an expert facilitator and encourages active participation, idea sharing, and peer interaction. Participants have ample opportunities to ask questions, collaborate with peers, and develop actionable strategies they can immediately apply in the workplace.

 

Fall 2026 Course Outline

October 15 - December 3, 2026

DiSC Assessment I: October 22, 2026

Session I: October 26 - 30, 2026

DiSC Assessment II: November 5, 2026

Session II: November 16 - 20, 2026

Graduation: December 3, 2026

Non-Member: $3,000
