Management Development Program


The Management Development Program (MDP) provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers and team leaders, who have three or less years of experience, with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success.

What is the MDP?

The Management Development Program (MDP) is an interactive series of virtual workshops designed to help you grow your business and leadership acumen to prepare you for success in your current and future roles.

Each virtual workshop is 90 minutes will be interactive and engaging, facilitated by an expert – with plenty of opportunity to share your ideas, ask questions, interact with your peers and document how you plan to practice your new skills back at work!

With each cohort limited to no more than 40 participants, you can develop an intimate, long-lasting network of peers and colleagues that you can rely on as you grow your career and business.

Program Audience: 

Female, entry-level management professionals in manufacturing and/or individuals interested in becoming a manager or supervisor. Examples of possible roles include Engineering Administrator, Sales Manager, Executive Assistant, Operational Perfect, Associate Manager, Office Manager, and Industry Analyst

Examples of past participant titles include:

Engineering Administrator, Sales Manager, Executive Assistant, Operational Perfect, Associate Manager, Office Manager, and Industry Analyst. 

Class of 2022 Program: 

Session I: February 14-18, 2022

Session II: March 14-18, 2022

Graduation: March 18, 2022

All sessions will be held virtually.
