Management Development Program

The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success.  The program is an interactive series of live, virtual, instructor-led workshops and includes a DiSC assessment, mentorship, and peer networking designed to help participants navigate the transition from individual contributor to team leader.

Each 90-minute workshop, led by an expert facilitator, encourages active participation, idea sharing and peer interaction. You'll have ample opportunities to ask questions, collaborate with colleagues and create actionable strategies for applying your new skills at work.

Session I: March 23 - 27, 2026

DiSC Assessment II: April 9, 2026

Session II: April 20 - 24, 2026

Graduation: April 30, 2026
