Our mission is to provide effective and affordable educational opportunities for women at all stages of their manufacturing careers. Each year, more than 350 women graduate from our leadership development programs, more than 15,000 women participate in our monthly virtual learning series, and more than 600 women participate in our virtual career fair.

Make an Impact
Working with partners, employers, and individuals, we are building communities of support, investing in career pathways, and continuously developing essential workforce skills for women working in manufacturing.
