As working professionals —and especially as parents—we’re constantly juggling priorities, switching roles, and managing endless to-do lists. What if there were a way to simplify all of it? Lean manufacturing might sound like a factory concept, but at its core, it’s about cutting the clutter, focusing on what matters, and creating systems that actually work. In this talk, I’ll show you how applying Lean principles to your everyday life—at home, at work, and everywhere in between—can help you save time, reduce stress, and make space for what really matters. Let’s stop surviving and start thriving!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing this webinar via Zoom.
