Event Details

Employers who participate in WIM Education Foundation's Virtual Career Fair will benefit from the unique opportunity to directly connect with our pool of qualified candidates in manufacturing.

How it Works:

BEFORE

After registering your organization to participate, you will be given access to login to the Virtual Career Fair platform.
The new Booth Set-Up Wizard makes customizing your company booth easier than ever. Prompts walk you through the process of adding your logo, images, videos, and job opportunities.
All booth owners and representatives receive access to training and online resources to help make participation more impactful.

DURING

Company representatives will connect 1-on-1 with job seekers through text chat or live video.
With the scheduling feature, your representative can maximize their day-of schedule to meet with multiple candidates.
Candidates can instantly apply to open job opportunities during the event.

AFTER

When the Virtual Career Fair ends, you will have access to the resumes and contact information for all of the candidates who visited your booth.
You can keep your booth open for 24 hours after the event to catch any job seekers who are unable to attend live.
Silver and Gold booth levels will receive contact information for all job seekers.
Gold booth levels will receive resumes for all job seekers.
Reports provide valuable insight for representatives to follow up with candidates.
