The summer program is currently at capacity. Register for the next cohort beginning December 1st, 2022 here!

The Empowering Women in Production program is designed to support professional development of shop-floor employees at manufacturing companies, to make their next promotion more likely, more quickly.

Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing.

The program is a blend of external coaching, internal mentoring and virtual learning, with a peer accountability partner throughout.

Since production occurs at different times, in different regions across WiM’s membership (and demands can change at a moment’s notice), this program has a virtual, asynchronous approach. The total program duration is approximately 20 weeks.
