The Women in Production program is a 20-week course geared for the leadership development of team members working in production, production support, and shop floor roles. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. By developing these team members into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing. This supervisor training program is ideal for employees making the transition from individual contributor to team leader, the Management Development program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with skills that are necessary for managerial success. Some of the topics covered include: Fundamentals of Leadership and Management, Effective Business Communications, Objective-setting and Delegation, Negotiation, and Building a Powerful Network, among others. Leadership Accelerator is a high-impact, half-day, in-person experience for leaders preparing to step into senior or executive roles. With a focus on change management and building executive presence, participants navigate realistic strategic scenarios, learn practical change frameworks, and work in curated peer advisory groups to convert insights into a 90-day action plan. The experience will conclude with a networking reception. The program takes place Friday, October 9, 2026 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, NV following WIM's annual SUMMIT. Learn More HERE!

The Virtual Learning Series are monthly webinars that enable participants to learn about a variety of industry-related topics from the convenience of their home or office. Held the second Tuesday of each month, each webinar includes action-oriented and solution-driven objectives that will help participants succeed in the manufacturing sector. The Virtual Career Fair attracts the nation's top talent looking to join top manufacturing companies. This bi-annual event provides a streamlined and cost effective process for employers and job seekers to connect one-on-one from across the country in a convenient, virtual platform. Employers can preview candidate resumes, schedule chats, and conduct interviews, all while highlighting their company's job opportunities, workplace culture, and employee benefits with three customizable booth options and add-ons to stand.
