I’m Lisa Beaty, an ICF certified coach. I consider myself a partner to clients who want to bring their best self to the work that they are passionate about. Often, high performers get to a place where what made them successful is no longer working like it used to. An expanding career don’t just require new skills, it requires a greater internal capacity (how we think and feel in response to our challenges). Together, we will explore not just new skills but new ways of thinking and being that will help you to navigate increasing complexities.

Unlock your inner voice, evoke self-awareness, and learn how to keenly listen to your intuition and experience personal evolution in the process. Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m more of a root-cause type of coach who enjoys a deeper exploration of what surrounds the need the client has. I believe that most situations develop because of something else and intuitively you have the answers. I’m curious about what’s underneath the concern and what narrative plays in your mind regarding the concern. Because I am a social worker, I ensure that my clients have a deep, rich, meaningful, and fulfilling life—which includes your work life. My coaching holds space for your transformation. No one deserves that more than you.

With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and DEI strategy, I have supported leaders and employees across manufacturing, aerospace, nonprofit, and government environments.

Much of my work at Boeing has focused on emerging leaders and frontline employees in global manufacturing settings, helping individuals strengthen leadership confidence, communication, resilience, and career growth.

I have coached women in manufacturing and employees navigating advancement in traditionally male dominated environments, supporting leadership development, workforce engagement, succession planning, and inclusive talent strategies that create pathways for growth and advancement.

My experience also includes building partnerships with professional organizations such as Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, and Women in Production to strengthen workforce development, employee engagement, and diverse talent pipelines.

In addition, I partnered with leaders across operations, sustainability, compliance, and corporate functions to align people strategies with business goals while fostering inclusive workplace cultures. My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, partnership, and practical leadership development, helping emerging leaders build confidence, recognize their strengths, and grow into impactful leaders.

I'm Jackie Peterson, an ICF PCC-certified coach and founder of Lift Bridge Leadership. I have spent my career in manufacturing, from the production floor to the executive level, and the floor is still my favorite place to be. I coach leaders using a strengths-based approach that is practical, honest, and built for the real world. No jargon, no fluff. I know your world because I have lived it, and I am genuinely excited to help you see what you are capable of as a leader. Let's get to work.

Suzanne Qualia

Click here to watch Suzanne Qualia's intro video.

For more than 20 years, I served in leadership roles within global manufacturing and supply chain organizations, leading teams across import/export, warehouse operations, planning, customer fulfillment, inventory management, transportation, and procurement. I understand firsthand the pace, pressure, and complexity of manufacturing environments — and the unique challenges women often face while growing their leadership voice in traditionally male-dominated spaces.

In 2012, I transitioned into executive and leadership coaching, where I’ve since coached leaders around the world across all organizational levels — from frontline employees and first-time supervisors to senior executives and vice presidents. My passion is helping leaders strengthen self-awareness, elevate confidence, navigate workplace challenges, and develop practical leadership behaviors that create stronger relationships, higher-performing teams, and greater engagement.

Because of my operational leadership background, I can connect leadership concepts to real-world manufacturing realities in a relatable, pragmatic way. I understand both the technical demands of the environment and the very human side of leadership growth. My coaching style is supportive, practical, encouraging, and focused on helping leaders build sustainable confidence and meaningful impact.

I have been coaching with the WIM program since they began partnering with inviteCHANGE in the Fall of 2022. Over this time I have been able to refine my approach from start to finish & have it pretty well dialed-in.  I have coached close to 70 participants over this time, and have become well experienced with the environments, cultures and challenges women face in this industry.  I was the first coach to secure a "Client Continuation" contract, and also the first coach to sign a double-continuation with a WIM graduate. I have greatly enjoyed working with WIM (Alana is a joy to work with!) and their wonderful participants, and hope to continue this partnership!

In my coaching career, I am extremely comfortable (and deeply enjoy) working with leaders at all levels of the organization. Prior to coming to Coaching, I worked 20+ years as an Administrator at several large, globally operating colleges & universities. I also have experience running a Global Learning & Development team with Amazon Web Services.
