Organizational Overview
Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation's (WiMEF) mission is to build a skilled, diverse, and resilient manufacturing workforce where women achieve, lead, and succeed. To realize this vision, we work with manufacturing employers and strategic partners to provide career-building resources and training on essential workforce skills.
A mission-driven, 501c3 organization, WiMEF was established in 2016 as the partner organization to Women in Manufacturing (WiM), the only national trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting, and inspiring women working in manufacturing. WiM's membership includes more than 500 corporate members, 35,000 individual members, and 36 chapters throughout the U.S.
