Professional Bio
Yazmina is a seasoned marketing professional with over 30 years of experience. As the Relationship Manager at dormakaba she identifies, prioritizes, and executes programs to help grow and drive new customer acquisition and business growth for Entrance Systems, Interior Glass Systems and Alvarado dormakaba Group.
Prior to her entrance in the security industry, she was the International Market Development Director for a VoIP start up company that served 100+ countries. She has worked with top list Speakers and Trainers to include Tony Robbins, Les Brown and Dr. Brian Weiss to name a few.
Yazmina is a published Author, “Expert Women Who Speak…Speak Out. The book offers life and success strategies by women, for women. She has edited many published books on finance, sales, global business, and self-improvement.
Yazmina believes in “brain tithing” and paying it forward. She is Chair of dormakaba’s Women’s Network Americas and is the current Co-Chair of the dormakaba’s Women’s Network Wellness Committee. Mina is also a newly appointed member of the Women in Security Forum (WISF) Steering Committee. She is an active LeanIn Circle Member and a Women in Manufacturing member. She proudly volunteers for SAHARA - South Asian Helpline and Referral Agency which serves survivors of all forms of abuse in the South Asian Community in Southern California. She’s also an Ambassador for OneLegacy, which saves and heals lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation. She speaks at hospitals, DMVs, school and other venues educating and sharing her experience with her dad being an organ donor.
