Professional Bio
Victoria Petrino is a seasoned supply chain leader with over a decade of experience spanning contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and operations management. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Third-Party Manufacturing at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where she oversees a $200M+ spend in contract manufacturing, leading supplier negotiations, capital project planning, and new product launch readiness.
Throughout her career at Church & Dwight, Victoria has held progressive roles in operations, demand planning, and contract manufacturing management, consistently driving cost efficiencies, optimizing supply chain performance, and strengthening supplier partnerships. Her expertise includes make-versus-buy analysis, capital and cash flow oversight, and operational excellence initiatives that enhance reliability and profitability across global supply networks.
Previously, Victoria held roles in manufacturing leadership at MISTRAS Group, Inc., and in sales and operations analysis at Lifetime Television, where she gained a strong foundation in cross-functional business collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a minor in Public Relations from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is completing the Women’s Leadership Program (Executive Edition) at Yale School of Management. Recognized for her leadership and analytical acumen, she was honored as the Outstanding Senior in 2012.
