I began my manufacturing career in 2015. Started out working at Minnesota Industrial Coatings LLC, when i started I worked in the area of pack/inpect and had never worked at a job shop before. I enjoyed the fast pace of working on the line however my boss/mentor began training me for the role as a quality assistant. I stayed with Minnesota Industrial until May of 2024 when I accepted a position as quality auditor for a plastics company. I enjoyed my time there and was able to obtain additional skills in the area of quality. When the position opened up at Polaris, I was excited for the opportunity to take my career to the next level. I have now been a quality auditor for Polaris since January of 2025. I enjoy the area of quality and have learned so much in a short time. My hope is to continue to develop skill and knowledge in the many areas of quality.
