Vice President at RP Masiello, where I lead strategic growth for a construction firm dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality projects across New England. My focus is on cultivating lasting client relationships, expanding our market presence, and delivering projects that support the region’s growing needs in life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and commercial spaces.
With more than a decade of experience spanning construction, engineering and life sciences, I bring a unique perspective on how to connect technical expertise with business strategy. I’ve partnered with biotech, pharma, and manufacturing clients to translate complex requirements into successful, large-scale projects, while also contributing to the growth and leadership of regional teams.
Beyond my work in construction and development, I am passionate about creating communities as much as companies - supporting women in the industry, fostering authentic networks, and driving collaboration that sparks innovation.
