I have over 25 years of experience in Operations & Manufacturing, Cross Functional Leadership, and Business Development. In October 2021, I founded Smart Start Solutions, Inc in order to focus on helping small to medium size companies implement business processes to grow sustainably. I am passionate about process integration to eliminate inefficiencies and to drive tangible results. I have worked with small-medium sized businesses as well as the largest food companies in North America . I managed Cargill Protein's Specialty Pet Food business where I specialized in scaling up entrepreneurial pet food companies into multimillion dollar brands. . This was achieved through innovating and collaborating with plant operations, supply chain, marketing, R&D, regulatory and food safety to bring value added pet food to our customers.
