With over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce development, I specialize in connecting the right people to the right opportunities—with a deep passion for supporting the manufacturing industry. I currently serve as an HR Recruiter and Human Resources Representative at Blue Diamond Industries, where I lead hiring initiatives, streamline onboarding processes, and help drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
As the founder of Prima Consulting & Management LLC, I also create customized leadership training and HR support solutions for growing teams, with a focus on communication, emotional intelligence, and building high-retention cultures.
I’m a proud member of Women in Manufacturing and SHRM, and I’m currently working toward completing my professional HR certification through HRCI. My work is rooted in people-first values, collaborative partnerships, and a deep belief that when we build strong teams—we build stronger companies.
