Professional Bio
Teresa Millar is the Global Director of the Improve & Scale Digital Solutions organization within Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) at Dow. Ready to support the robust set of business process capabilities already in place and those coming in the future, the ISC Improve & Scale team is at the forefront of Dow’s drive to a digital Customer Experience. This modern, agile team is designed to breakdown silos and strengthen cross-organization connectivity to fast-track digital innovations to scale, and quickly deliver continuous improvement to ensure the best user adoption and experience possible for both our customers and employees.
Teresa is a member of the ISC Leadership Team, represents ISC on the Diamond Systems Solutions (DSS) Leadership Team, multiple Digital Acceleration Leadership Teams as well as the Customer Experience Steering Team. Teresa is also a member of multiple ERGs and a proud mentor and advocate for inclusion and living the Golden Rules.
Teresa joined Dow in 2000 in Midland, Michigan. Teresa has had multiple roles within ISC related to Customer Service and Order to Cash including Customer Service Representative, Work Process Coach, Business Process Architect, Expertise Center Leader, and Business Process Director. Teresa’s experiences and strengths make her an effective liaison between ISC and Information Systems, contributing to major career milestones that include implementation of ERP, delivery of multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as key initiatives in support of Dow’s digital transformation.
Teresa is a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader and is SAP certified in Business Foundation and Integration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University.
