In August, Tara MacLean joined V&S Schuler Utilities Group as Human Resources Supervisor for all companies. MacLean oversees payroll processing, manages onboarding procedures, and provides support for various HR functions. She works out of our V&S Schuler Engineering offices in Canton, Ohio
Previously, MacLean was a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Buckeye Residential in Ravenna, Ohio, a company that provides homes and services to people with developmental disabilities. In that role, she oversaw the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new employees within the company.
Before she was at Buckeye Residential, MacLean was the Payroll and Human Resources Director at Siffrin, a non-profit organization in Canton, Ohio, that empowers people with disabilities to achieve full community access. At Siffrin, she handled all aspects of recruiting, payroll, HR and personnel.
MacLean and her husband, Kyle, have a 9-year-old son, Lucas.
