Dr. Stacy McCracken is a leadership strategist, innovation consultant, and founder of Impact and Lead. With a manufacturing and leadership background in automotive and high-tech industries, Stacy equips leaders and teams with the tools to think bigger, lead smarter, and drive real impact. She specializes in innovative thinking, growth mindset, and Insights® Discovery training to help organizations improve communication, leadership effectiveness, and team performance. A former quality manager, chief of staff, and operations leader, Stacy understands firsthand the challenges of driving change and engagement in complex industries. Today, she partners with small and mid-sized businesses to build resilient, future-ready teams — blending real-world experience with research-driven, proven strategies. Stacy holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Doctorate of Technology from Purdue University and is passionate about empowering women in manufacturing and leadership.
