With a 26-year career spanning various leadership roles in manufacturing and workforce solutions, Stacey has built a reputation for driving results and fostering meaningful partnerships. Starting as a Talent Management Leader in a large distribution center in Orlando, Florida, Stacey honed expertise in Process Improvement, Lean methodologies, and Safety initiatives.
As an On-Premise Director, Stacey supported a team of onsite managers across seven major manufacturers (five in Georgia and two in Alabama), showcasing a knack for operational efficiency and workforce management. Later, as Vice President of Strategic Sales, Stacey provided invaluable client support services, helping manufacturers enhance their workforce, reduce costs, and optimize output.
Currently serving as a Solutions Development Leader in the Manufacturing Industry, Stacey focuses on aligning company core values with community interests and industry expertise to create impactful, long-term solutions.
Beyond work, Stacey enjoys running and baking.
