Professional Bio
Skye Entrekin is a senior human resources and organizational leader with more than 20 years of experience partnering with executives to build strong, people-centered organizations. Her career spans manufacturing operations and multi-site environments, where she has led HR strategy across the full employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and talent development to employee relations, compliance, and culture transformation.
Most recently, Skye served as Senior Director of Human Resources for a global manufacturing organization, supporting operations across the United States and internationally. In this role, she acted as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening leadership capability, and driving consistency across complex, fast-paced environments. She is known for her ability to bring empathy to organizations navigating growth, change, or transformation.
Skye’s approach to HR is rooted in partnership and practicality. She excels at translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives, building credibility with leaders at all levels, and creating systems that balance compliance, operational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Her experience includes leading organizational redesigns, developing leadership and succession pipelines, implementing performance management frameworks, and supporting large hourly and professional workforces.
In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Skye is deeply engaged in community and workforce development efforts, partnering with high schools, technical colleges, and local organizations to strengthen talent pipelines and support career readiness. She brings a strong belief in servant leadership, continuous improvement, and developing people to reach their full potential.
