As the Customer Experience VP at Newmar Corporation, I leverage my 20+ years of experience and expertise in customer experience (CX), service operations, quality, and innovation to create and deliver differentiation for the ultimate leader in Luxury Motorhomes. I am passionate about transforming customer journeys and leading CX initiatives that drive business value and customer loyalty.
Throughout my career, I led large and diverse teams in the US, China, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil for multiple industries, which has made me a seasoned CX leader with a global perspective. I have a strong background in P&L management and growing employee engagement while building a customer-centric culture. I hold Master's degrees in Business (MBA), Marketing (CXM), and Technology, Leadership, and Innovation (TLI), a Bachelor's in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
I am also fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German, and through Experience Tales Consulting, I support the development of CX Leaders and Teams with enagements ranging from Coaching, Advising, Writing and Public Speaking.
I enjoy participating in various academic and industry forums related to CX and leadership. In addition, I serve on multiple advisory boards and mentor diverse talent in different stages of their careers.
