Started in the Automotive industry in 1988, Body Weld and Systems are my strongest Body of Knowledge.
Experience:
*LSC for 20 years, provided Stamping and Body Welds for Mazda in Flatrock Michigan and other customers: QS9000, MMOG, ISO14001 transitioned to TS16949, developed and designed checking fixtures for stamps and welded assemblies.
*Martinrea 2.5 years, provided Stamping and Body Welds for Nissan: PPAP'd, all parts (80) multiple times--small suppliers went out of business had to re-PPAP for process change.
*Toyota Mississippi 8.5 years, Quality Engineer for Body Weld and Stamping, AM (Mgr) for systems and Field and Warranty
*MTMUS 6 years, QE AM for systems and QA Sr Manager
