Sherlonda is a unique, solutions-oriented professional with 34 + years of being embedded in the business . She is passionate about creating and executing Takeda’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion culture. Sherlonda is passionate to meet the needs of our patients and our people through innovation, measurable strategies, execution, and collaboration with all key stakeholders. She leverages her communication skills and business experiences across functions including commercial, operations and HR to maximize impact and get results. As the lead of Diversity Equity and Inclusion for GMS & GQ (our manufacturing division), she is positively leveraging her ICF coaching certification and interactions to make a difference at all levels.
