Sharon King

Sharon King is a Senior Finance Director of Financial Shared Services and Process Transformation for Andersen Corporation, a global industry leader in the manufacturing of Windows and Doors, renowned for its products as well as its principles. Sharon has worked in the manufacturing and Building Materials industry, for over thirty years. Her team provides back-office support for both Procure to Pay and Quote to Cash business processes. Seeing a strategic gap, Sharon built a Transformation team focused on creating and leading strategic change management initiatives. Her leadership style is one of authenticity and transparency. She believes that individual differences should be understood and respected and loves to challenge others to think differently, to challenge the status quo and to imagine “The Art of What’s Possible”. Sharon is a life-long learner. She has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and certifications in Women in Leadership, Digital Transformation and as a Diversity Executive.
