With a successful 30-year career achieving executive level Human Resources roles, I continue my mission to accelerate the advancement of women through coaching, workshop facilitation, and speaking engagements.
In 1995, women at the manufacturing company I worked at were still not allowed to wear pants. 30 years later, we still have work to do, ensuring that women have equal access to Training, Teambuilding, Talent development, Thrive and Transition into executive roles. That’s why my coaching is called Spill the T Consulting. We will spill all those magnificent career-defining T words in your favor (plus, you can tell me anything.
