Roksana Orzechowski

Roksana Orzechowski is a seasoned supply chain leader with over 20 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and operations within the manufacturing and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Supply Planning at Church & Dwight, she oversees the global portfolio for 30+ personal care brands, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives across multiple business units.

Roksana has played a pivotal role in major brand integrations—including Zicam and Therabreath—while maintaining high service levels and optimizing inventory performance. Her expertise spans supply chain strategy, capacity planning, MRP systems, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and leading teams through complex transitions.

Prior to her tenure at Church & Dwight, she held leadership roles in production scheduling and operations at Cosmetic Essence Inc., where she managed large-scale manufacturing schedules for top beauty brands. Roksana holds an MBA from La Salle University and is APICS certified, bringing a blend of strategic insight, technical acumen, and hands-on experience to every role.
