Professional Bio
Rhonda Hollingsworth is the Automations Engineering Manager for Central
Engineering at Constellium. She has 35 years of experience in the aluminum
industry with expertise in rolling process control systems, technical solutions, rolling engineering, and large capital project management. Hollingsworth has been a Production Superintendent
in both hot and cold mills and served for six years on a technical council
where she was responsible for recruitment, retention and development of all
technical resources. Hollingsworth has supervised, mentored and coached
more than 50 employees, and she served as co-lead of the Warrick Operations
chapter of the Alcoa Women’s Network. She’s been an active member of SWE
for most of her career and was on the Industrial Advisory Board for Purdue University’s SWE section more than two decades.
