B2B Strategic Marketing and Innovation Executive, focused on helping manufacturers achieve profitable growth by developing and executing strategies and launching new products - the 4Ps of marketing. I've worked in billion-dollar companies or divisions - publicly traded, privately held and private equity-owned.
I'm known for being an analytic business leader and collaborative partner with sales, innovation, supply chain, finance and manufacturing colleagues. I listen to understand multiple perspectives, then form a point of view and quickly pull together resources to pursue a common goal.
One of my strengths and passions is developing people - on my team and throughout the organization - to help them reach their full potential. I also mentor high-potential corporate women outside my company through Atlanta-based Pathbuilders programs.
