Professional Bio
Renee Hodgens has over 20 years’ experience as a goal oriented and results driven professional in sales,
marketing, and customer relations. She is highly motivated with a successful record of consultative selling
nationally in business-to-business environments. Throughout Renee’s career she has been successful in
effectively managing client relationships with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive performance while
building long term relationships creating a competitive advantage.
As a member of the PRADCO team, Renee is focused on driving new business development both in Northeast
Ohio as well as Nationally. Her focus is on helping clients develop talent management strategies that bring
value and allow them to meet their organizational goals.
Renee was previously Director of Sales at a staffing firm and has experience not only in sales, but also
operations and recruiting. She has a background in education and remains a passionate advocate for
creating opportunities for continuous growth and development.
Renee serves on the University of Akron HR Advisory Board as a strategic partner and ambassador. She
supports business students’ success by sharing her knowledge and experience, as well as providing
educational forums to the local business community on timely and meaningful topics. She is also a board
member for Girls with Sole, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to introduce health and fitness into the
lives of underserved girls to empower their minds, bodies, and souls.
