With over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I’ve developed expertise in surface grinding, CNC machines, milling, and carbide precision cutting tools. This background has given me a strong foundation in precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Recently, I transitioned into a role as an Operations Specialist at Welch Tile, where I focus on production support and project management. My work includes process improvement, metrics tracking, quality control, and project management, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outcomes.

I am also pursuing an Associate's degree in Management and Supervision, balancing my studies with full-time work and volunteer commitments at my church. I’m committed to applying what I learn to drive meaningful impact in my work and further advance my career.
