Raven Lee is the President of Snelling Staffing – Gwinnett, the recruiting division of Raven Lee Consulting, where she helps businesses go beyond hiring to build healthy, high-performing teams. With a background in HR leadership and a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Raven brings over a decade of experience in aligning talent, leadership, and culture to drive business results.
Through Snelling Staffing – Gwinnett, Raven supports manufacturing, logistics, and administrative employers in finding the right people for the right roles faster and smarter. Her approach doesn’t stop at placements. She combines recruiting expertise with her proprietary OrgHealth IQ™ framework to help leaders strengthen retention, team performance, and organizational health from day one.
Raven is an iPEC- and ICF-certified coach (ACC), a certified John Maxwell speaker and trainer, and a sought-after advisor on leadership, workforce strategy, and culture transformation.
