Rachel Harris

Rachel brings over eight years of experience advising business functional groups across industries such as Private Equity, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Retail Healthcare on their technology strategies and needs. Her expertise spans the entire digital lifecycle—from strategic analysis to implementation management. She has led a wide range of digital initiatives, including technology sourcing projects, IT due diligence and assessments, global IT integrations, and strategic technology programs. Additionally, Rachel is highly proficient in both program and project management and is well-versed in agile methodologies for technical programs.

Prior to joining Plante Moran, Rachel worked in program management within the technology services division of a major global automotive OEM. In that role, she led manufacturing operations improvements, managed a data and analytics team, and oversaw a team of web developers responsible for a customer-facing connected services portal.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana University – Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University.
