As a Quality Assurance Manager at The J.M. Smucker Co., I support the pet food division through collaboration with the plants to drive food safety and quality initiatives. I have over ten years of experience in quality management and food production, working with leading brands such as Campbell Soup Company.
I hold a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from The Ohio State University. I have multiple certifications in HACCP, GFSI, and FSSC 22000 standards. I am skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as active listening, root cause analysis, and problem solving. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality for the consumers and the environment.
