Professional Bio
This morning a ran on trails in the Rocky Mountains. One of my favorite sports. When I am not out on the trails, I am the CEO of Byron Products, an aerospace manufacturing company.
I have worked in the business for over twenty years in various positions. I was asked to move into the CEO position in 2019.
I am proudly surrounded by an amazing team of 63 employees, making it a tight team. Part of my role is to run a profitable company, continue the vision of the founder, and lead the management team to success by inspiring a positive culture throughout the company.
When I am on my runs, I often equate it to my CEO role. I know my route; I must stay on course and get up when I fall!
