Hi! My name is Molly and I work at Nucor as a Rebar Detailer and Safety Assistant. I'm passionate about blending technical precision with creative problem-solving to make workplaces safer, stronger, and more efficient. I thrive on collaboration and love connecting with people who bring fresh ideas and energy to the table while pushing innovation in manufacturing. I'm excited to learn from and contribute to the Women in Manufacturing community. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me cheering on Formula 1, spending time with my pets, and exploring new local spots with friends and family.
