Professional Bio
Misty Haynes currently serves as A.O. Smith’s National Field Services Manager. She prioritizes being a service – oriented leader and always aims to give back to her community.
Misty is a third generation of Collier – Haynes women to work for A.O. Smith, a global leader in commercial and residential water heating. She started her career at A.O. Smith in 2000. Misty has served in a range of capacities spanning warranty, national accounts, and regional manager for the women’s resource network.
Misty is seen as a person who points leadership to the important aspect and has earned an elevated level of trust with members of leadership. Her job often requires working with other business unit leaders to reach a shared standard practice and the trust that extends across all of A. O. Smith’s business units.
Misty earned a BS in organizational management from Bethel University
