Misty Friedrichs

I've served customers in one way or another for over 35 years. I began in retail, moving into manufacturing early on, but leaving it for a bit to run a dry cleaning plant where I honed my people skills and learned to manage. From there, I began in a customer service role and eventually moved to inside sales, then to sales supervisor,r and on to National Sales Manager for the last five years. In all of this, one thing rings true - I love to serve, come alongside others to help them, and find ways for us all to be better, do better!
