Minerva Robles

Joined the roofing industry over 18 years ago. Beginning my career as a contractor from receptionist, to HR to Project Coordinator, to distribution and move to metal manufacturing before moving to Johns Manville Commercial Roofing Systems as a Senior Sales Representative. I enjoy being involved in trade associations and currently sit on the board of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, current President of the Construction Specifications Institute and current member of National Women in Roofing. I would love for more women to see the value in the construction industries and manufacturing and the benefit of relationship building.
