A professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the area of production processes. I have a bachelor's degree in Management Processes from Cruzeiro do Sul and a degree in Industrial Production Mechanics from SENAI/Schaeffler. Working at Schaeffler Brazil for over 17 years, I have developed technical and managerial skills, holding positions ranging from Apprentice Mechanic, Team Leader to Production Technician.

I stand out for my effective team leadership, project development and management and implementation of continuous improvements using Lean, Karakuri, Kanban, Kaizen, Smed, MTM and AWS analysis methodologies. I have extensive experience in production planning, preventive maintenance (TPM), KPI management, safety, quality and logistics.

Certified Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt and participant in various development programs, Verbal Expression, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience. English at an intermediate level and constantly improving.
