As the Organizational Development & Engagement Leader, I oversee, develop and manage business needs in the areas of talent management, succession planning, performance engagement, associate engagement, HR Processes and change management.
I have more than 11 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on learning and development, talent acquisition, and talent management. I hold a SHRM Senior Certified Proffesional (SHRM- SCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in HR best practices, process improvement, and project management.
I am motivated by creating innovative strategies and creative solutions for sustainable change, and by leading teams that are engaged and committed to delivering world-class results. I have worked on projects alongside McKinsey & Company Atlanta, BMW Mfg. USA, Nissan Mfg. USA, Mercedes Benz Mfg. USA and Austermann Process Management on upskilling the organization.
