My name is Melissa "Missi" Shultz. I am the Quality Inspection Supervisor at Materion Corporation in Elmore, Ohio. I have been with the company since September 2018. I started out as a CMM programmer/operator, moved to an inspection lead position, and in February 2025, took on the Quality Inspection Supervisor role. I have been in the quality field for a little over 20 years.
