Megan Smith

While working with DENSO as an industrial engineer, I became heavily involved in our BRGs and had the opportunity to complete CADIA's DEI Accelerator Program. I'm looking forward to furthering relationships and initiatives in my new position as Global Project Manager at Dura-Line. I'm fortunate to have worked with a terrific team including several remarkable "WiM"en and enjoy the data-driven approach to kaizen and interdepartmental collaboration. My husband and I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia in 2016 and have been outdoorsmen ever since. I also play alto sax in two community bands and bike/hike with my husband and two rescue pups.
