Meg Brown

Born and raised in St. Louis, Meg McKee Brown has a heart for unlocking and unleashing the potential of those around her. She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and she comes with diverse employment experiences in manufacturing, environmental, construction, IT and consulting industries. But don’t let the engineering degree fool you, Meg has spent more than fifteen years cultivating her expertise in building up people and organizations. It was through her HR experience that Meg crossed paths with Cambridge -- she fell in love with the company’s culture and shortly after helping them on a couple of key initiatives she formally joined the leadership team to continue strengthening and scaling their people systems. As Vice President of Human Resources, Meg is responsible for all aspects of Cambridge’s employee experience. This includes talent lifecycle processes, executive, leadership & employee development, organization development, and change enablement. When she isn’t busy cultivating relationships at work, you can find Meg and her husband David living a jam packed family life with their four wonderful sons.
