I essentially breathe new life into the companies I serve while generating a calming, grounding culture and natural process of profitability. My strategic and efficient roadmaps build, turn around, and ensure organizations are positioned to capture growth and markets, then execute operations and resource optimization to drive revenue, company culture, ROI and valuation.
My leadership style is to lead with a nod to the past, a focus on the present and a look to the future of the company, industry and the market. I've defined and launched companies, incubated disruptive lines of business, led strategic finance and investor relations, raised capital, prepared companies for sale and directed sales and marketing, all on a national scale.
An observant and curious listener, I mostly utilize existing teams, tweaking business strategies, expanding marketing creativity and operational capability, while delivering operational excellence and slight product innovation to drive business and financial results producing results both quickly and for the long-term.
Winter is my favorite season. Skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, making snow people and spending time in the mountains is my refuge. I grew up on a university campus which gave me exposure to all kinds of cultures, ideas and people, enriching my thinking and setting me up to work well with all different kinds of people.
