Marcy Offner

Marcy Offner has over 20 years of experience in the composites and advanced materials industry. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications for McCLARIN Composites. She is the Founder and President of Women in the Composites Industry and owns a consulting company supporting businesses in the manufacturing sector. Previously, she was Director of Marketing Communications at Composites One, shaping its brand and leading the development of the company's technical program, including educational workshops with IACMI and live process demonstrations. Marcy has served on multiple ACMA committees, chaired CAMX, and received the prestigious ACMA Chairman's Award in 2022. Passionate about the industry, she values the hardworking, customer-focused, and innovative people who drive it forward.
