Professional Bio
Malaika joined Brambles in 2015 to help support talent acquisition efforts for the Americas. In this role, Malaika partners with key global stakeholders to develop and execute talent strategies, with a focus on Specialty, Management and Executive functions.
With overall 30+ years operational experience and the last 20 years in Talent Acquisition her expertise includes holding Senior roles at Lockheed Martin and leading the Professional Services Division for a RPO staffing firm. Prior to LM, Malaika’s career included procurement functions supporting retail and manufacturing, and retail territory management positions.
Malaika’s experience includes acquiring key talent cross all functions, including Engineering, IT, Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Executive, and International recruitment. Malaika has an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, from the University of Central Florida, has published academic research in Emotional Intelligence, and is EEO Certified Professional.
